PeRiHab Terms and Conditions

1. All pets treated by PeRiHab require a (signed) consent form from the primary care veterinary surgeon. This form is available on our website.

2. PeRiHab reserves the right to refuse treatment for your pet.

3. Whilst every care is taken of the pets undergoing treatment, all pets receive treatment at their owner’s risk.

4. Pets with infectious or contagious diseases may not be treated.

5. Owners are requested to provide adequate restraint during treatment, if needed, and to make the therapist aware of any specific behavioural issues which may influence the treatment of their pet.

6. Owners are requested to provide a safe and quiet area for the treatment to take place in their home, or outside.

7. PeRiHab reserves the right to use photographs or video taken during treatment sessions, for promotional purposes, unless instructed otherwise in writing.

8. Cancellation policy: 24 hours’ notice is required, apart from exceptional circumstances. Cancellation within 24 hours may cause a call out fee to be charged.

9. Please notify PeRiHab if your pet shows any negative effects of any treatment started by us, or if your primary care veterinary surgeon tells you to stop treatment for any reason.

10. Payment for services is due at the time of treatment. PeRiHab accepts electronic payment by any debit or credit card. In exceptional circumstances, we can send an invoice to allow for payment by bank transfer.

11. All personal data will be maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR 2021 regulations. Information about you or your pet will only be shared with your primary care veterinary surgeon or other veterinary professionals involved in your pet’s care.
